1Foundations
You begin by learning how coaching works in Foundations — the mindset, presence, and core skills that distinguish coaching from advice or problem-solving.
2Certified Associate Coach (CAC)
From there, training moves into professional practice through Certified Associate Coach (CAC): developing the competence, structure, and ethical grounding required to coach independently and responsibly.
