What the application process is for
Applying to CCI is not a competitive selection process. It is a way to ensure that:
the program is appropriate for your goals and experience
you understand what the training involves
the learning environment is right for you and the cohort
For some programs, applying also allows us to:
confirm readiness for assessed training
ensure appropriate sequencing within the pathway
Applications are reviewed by the CCI team, and where helpful, followed by a short conversation.

Foundations – Coaching Mindset & Core Skills (2 days)
For those exploring coaching or developing core conversation skills.
CAC – Certified Associate Coach
First-level professional coaching certification, assessed through observed coaching and oral examination.
CCTC – Certified Connection-Centred Transformative Coach
Second-level professional coaching certification for deeper, more advanced practice.
If you are unsure which program is appropriate, you can book a short pathway call instead.
What we look for in applicants
There is no “ideal” background for training at CCI. What matters is:
openness to learning through practice
willingness to reflect on yourself and your patterns
respect for others in a learning environment
readiness to engage seriously with the program you are applying for
You do not need prior coaching experience for Foundations or CAC. You do need a genuine intention to practice and learn.
