Joey Ra is one of the region’s leading executive coaches, and the most senior International Coaching Federation (ICF)-credentialed coach in Cambodia. He holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, and has logged over a thousand hours coaching senior leaders, teams and coaching practitioners both in Cambodia and internationally.

Joey is the Founder and Head of Faculty at Cambodia Coaching Institute, the country’s first ICF-aligned coach training organization. Under his leadership, CCI has trained over 200 professionals — including directors, NGO leaders, and ministry officials — in coaching skills and leadership development. He is also a recognized mentor and teacher of coaches across the region.

His training spans multiple internationally respected institutions, including the Co-Active Training Institute, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Positive Intelligence, and systemic group facilitation with No Name Initiative. He integrates these approaches into a coaching style known for clarity, presence, and deep strategic insight.

Joey is a trusted partner to both private sector and development organizations, including the EU Delegation to Cambodia, GIZ, various Cambodian government ministries, KAS, and numerous local and international NGOs. He is also a sought-after facilitator for team and organizational offsites, known for his ability to design and hold courageous, high-trust spaces that support change and alignment.

Born in Korea and raised in the UK, Joey brings global perspective and local commitment to his work. Prior to coaching, he held consulting and HR roles at Deloitte and major financial institutions in London. Today, his focus is on strengthening the coaching ecosystem in Cambodia and supporting leaders to lead with clarity, integrity, and connection.

Pheany is an experienced trainer, facilitator and coach, with close to ten years of experience at The National Bank of Cambodia and currently a lecturer at Institution of Banking Studies.

In addition to her expertise delivering engaging and impactful trainings around the topics of Finance and banking, she has been a ToastMasters member for more than 6 years and now holds a leadership role in the ToastMasters community in Cambodia.

Pheany holds a Master of Economics . She has also completed specialized training, including the “Train the Trainer” program in March 2025, and is a bilingual emcee. She is currently working towards a certification with Cambodia Coaching Institute.
