• Develop Coaching Capability Where It Matters

We work with organisations and teams across Cambodia and Southeast Asia to embed coaching skills into leadership, communication, and team culture. Our training and team-building activities are always tailored, experiential, and culturally responsive.

    Why coaching capability matters

Organisations operate in environments that are increasingly complex, relational, and fast-moving. In this context, technical expertise alone is not enough. Leaders and managers are required to:

    • navigate uncertainty
    • hold difficult conversations
    • support accountability without control
    • develop people, not just manage tasks

Coaching capability equips leaders to meet these demands — not through motivation or advice, but through better conversations, clearer thinking, and stronger ownership.

    What we offer

CCI works with organisations in three main ways:

    1. Leader-as-Coach Program:

For organisations that want coaching skills without formal certification, CCI offers tailored programs focused on:

    • coaching-style leadership
    • listening and questioning skills
    • accountability and ownership
    • feedback and development conversations

    These programs are:

    • modular (half-day, full-day, or series)
    • adapted to organisational context
    • delivered experientially

    2. Certified Associate Coach (CAC) for Leaders & Internal Coaches

CAC can be delivered to organisational cohorts as a formal professional coaching certification. It is particularly suited for:

    • leadership teams
    • HR / People & Culture professionals
    • internal coaches and mentors
    • programme leads and senior managers

    Participants complete:

    • Foundations (Module 1 – 2 days)
    • Module 2 (2 days)
    • Module 3 (2 days)
    • observed coaching and oral assessment

Graduates are awarded the Certified Associate Coach (CAC) certification. This creates a shared coaching language, clear standards, and real capability — not just awareness.

    3. Other Services:

    • Team development workshops
    • Teambuilding events
    • Retreat facilitation
    • Coaching supervision for internal coaches

    How we work

CCI does not deliver off-the-shelf training. Our work with organisations is:

    • grounded in professional coaching standards
    • adapted to cultural and organisational context
    • experiential and practice-based
    • designed for real work conversations

We work closely with organisational stakeholders to:

    • clarify objectives
    • design appropriate formats
    • ensure relevance and transfer into daily work

    Our approach

All organisational programs draw on Connection-Centred Transformative Coaching. This means we focus on:

    • how people relate to themselves and others
    • the quality of presence and attention in conversation
    • the inner states that shape behaviour and decision-making
    • The emphasis is not on short-term performative ledaership, but on durable capability.

    Contexts we commonly work in

    • NGOs and development organisations
    • International organisations and donors
    • Social enterprises
    • Private sector organisations
    • Leadership teams in transition or growth
    • Programs are delivered in English, Khmer, or bilingual formats, depending on cohort needs.

    What organisations typically notice

    • stronger leadership conversations
    • improved listening and clarity
    • greater ownership and accountability
    • reduced dependency on directive management
    • more confident internal coaches and mentors

These outcomes emerge through practice and integration, not one-off events.

"I would highly recommend Joey as a coach for individuals, or as a trainer for teams and businesses. Joey created an environment in which all participants (of varying backgrounds and seniority) felt relaxed and open to discussing their work challenges.
